2. Hosting

This website is hosted by [Name of your hosting provider]. The host automatically
processes technically necessary server log files (including IP address, date/time
of access, page requested, browser used) to ensure the secure and stable operation
of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). This data is not combined with other
data sources.

3. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognizable by "https://"
in the address bar). As long as this is enabled, the data you submit to me cannot
be read by third parties.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies. On your first visit, you can choose which categories to
consent to:

• Necessary (always active): stores your cookie choice itself (dpm_consent, 180 days) as well as – in the admin area only – a login cookie (dpm_session), which is deleted when you log out or close the browser.
• Statistics (only with consent): a random, anonymous visitor cookie (dpm_visitor, 1 year), used to count how often which pages are viewed. No IP addresses or other personal data are linked to it.
• Marketing (only with consent): allows embedded YouTube videos to load directly on the page (see section 8). Without this consent, no connection to YouTube's servers is made until you actively click "Load video".

The legal basis for optional cookies is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

5. Contact Form

If you use the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email address,
message) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or f GDPR). The data
will be deleted once it is no longer required for that purpose, unless legal
retention obligations apply.

6. Clip Submission

If you submit your own video via the "Clips" form, I process the uploaded video
file as well as any optional details (title, description) in order to review the
submission and decide whether to use it in a YouTube video of the channel (Art. 6
para. 1 lit. a GDPR, as this is a voluntary submission). By uploading, you agree
that your clip may be used, in full or in part, in a YouTube video. It will
not be published on this website itself – submitted clips are never shown
publicly here.

Submitted clips are additionally mirrored to a Dropbox account for backup
purposes (Dropbox International Unlimited Company, Ireland). More info:

7. Newsletter Signup

On the homepage, you can voluntarily sign up with your email address to receive
updates about the channel (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Your address is stored
exclusively for this purpose and is not shared with third parties. You can

8. Embedded YouTube Videos

On individual pages I embed videos from the YouTube platform (provider: Google
Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These videos are
only loaded once you consent to the "Marketing" category or actively click "Load
video". Once a video is loaded, your browser establishes a connection to
YouTube/Google, which may transmit personal data (e.g. your IP address) to Google
and potentially transfer it to the USA. More info:

9. External Links (Social Media)

Links to my profiles on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or X open the respective
platforms in a new tab. No data is transmitted from you to these platforms unless
you click the link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google
Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your
use of the website. This processing only takes place if you have consented to the
"Statistics" category (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Your IP address is shortened
